Statue of Liberty
The Statue of Liberty opened in 1886. It has stood at the entrance to New York Harbor for more than 120 years. The height of the statue, not counting the pedestal, is over 111 feet. The face alone measures 8 feet and the tablet in the statue's left hand measures more than 23 feet.
